Healthy Gingerbread Smoothie

Stay cool this Christmas with a healthy gingerbread smoothie! Have one for yourself, or even make an entire jug for Christmas celebrations. It won’t disappoint – it’s vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugarfree!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs Du Chocolat
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbs vanilla pea protein powder
  • ¼ cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup soy/almond milk
  • 1 tsp all spice
  • 1 tbs almond meal

Garnish

  • 1 tbs almond meal
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Garnish with the almond meal and cinnamon.

Serves: 1
