Christmas is just around the corner! If you already think you’d have heaps of recipes to do, go for an easy recipe like these raw chocolate truffles. These are perfect to munch on, or even to give as gifts. And because they’re vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free, most people (especially with restrictions) will be happy to receive them! Yay!


  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbs Du Choc
  • 10 prunes, pitted
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 


  1. Place the walnuts in a food processor and process until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs.
  2. Add 2 tbs of the Du Chocolat, the prunes, sea salt and cinnamon and blitz until combined.
  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Roll in extra Du Chocolat.

Serves: 12-15 minutes

Prep time: 10 minutes
