We are firm believers in getting refreshed after an intense workout! So we’ve put together a mint green protein smoothie to do just that while providing your nutritional needs. What’s not to love about it when it’s refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan too?

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tbs Du Chocolat
  • 2 tbs protein powder
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 tbs mint leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients together until smooth.

Serves 1
