It’s true what they say – “a little goes a long way.” This simple choc strawberry banana smoothie bowl has the simplest ingredients that can be easily found in the fridge! This bowl is perfect for your lazy days, or when you’re in a rush after an intense workout!


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbs Du Chocolat
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 3-4 Strawberries halved
  • 1 tbs Almond meal


  1. Combine the banana, protein powder, Du Chocolat and milk in a blender. Blitz on low until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl. Garnish with the strawberries and almond meal.

Serves: 1
