We’re all about the (superfood) shots this Halloween! Here’s another deliciously healthy jelly shots recipe made with matcha and chocolate. Take as many shots with this one – it’s refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free!
- 1 ¼ tsp Gelatine
- 1-2 tsp Matcha
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 tbs Du Chocolat
- ½ cup water
- Combine the gelatine with cold water in a jug. Whisk until dissolved and then stand for 5 mins.
- Heat half of the almond milk for 30 seconds in the microwave. Whisk the matcha with the vanilla bean paste and almond milk until smooth. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into the matcha mix and stir until combined. Pour these into shot glasses. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
- Heta the remaining almond milk. Combine the Du Chocolat with almond milk and stir until dissolved. Combine with remaining gelatin mix ans then pour over the set jelly. Place in the fridge to set.
- Sprinkle with extra matcha and serve.
