Your oatmeal doesn’t have to be plain and boring! It can be chocolatey & nutritious just like this chocolate overnight oats recipe. It’s packed with plant-based protein that can be found in the almonds, yogurt, and milk. If you’re looking to increase the protein content, adding in protein powder will work just fine!
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbs slivered almonds
- 2 tbs desiccated coconut
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 2 heaped tbs Du Chocolat
- ½ cup almond/cows milk
- 1 tbs greek yoghurt
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with your choice of fruit and extra Du Chocolat.
