Your oatmeal doesn’t have to be plain and boring! It can be chocolatey & nutritious just like this chocolate overnight oats recipe. It’s packed with plant-based protein that can be found in the almonds, yogurt, and milk. If you’re looking to increase the protein content, adding in protein powder will work just fine!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbs slivered almonds
  • 2 tbs desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 heaped tbs Du Chocolat
  • ½ cup almond/cows milk
  • 1 tbs greek yoghurt

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Sprinkle with your choice of fruit and extra Du Chocolat.

Serves: 1-2

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 2 hours
