- 2 tbsp Du Chocolat
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp quinoa flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- Mix together all ingredients. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken up.
- Heat up a pan until very hot with a little coconut oil. Pour a small amount of mixture into the pan until it just covers it.
- Turn the heat down and cook 2 mins until cooked, then flip and cook the other side for 1 minute until browned. Repeat for remaining mixture.
Makes 3 crepes.
