Ingredients
Doughnuts
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup Natvia
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 2 tsp Du Chocolat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Chocolate Icing
- 1/2 cup Natvia baking mix
- 25 g dark chocolate, melted
- Dash of water
Servings 6 Donuts |
Directions
- Combine all doughnut ingredients in a large bowl
- Evenly divide into a 6 doughnut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C
- Make the icing while the donuts are almost cooled & ice immediately
- Sprinkle with whatever you want or leave them plain.
