Obsessed with doughnuts, but not such a fan of the sugar content? Never fear, these delicious sugar free doughnuts are here!  Recipe by @emmagraccce

Ingredients

Doughnuts

  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup Natvia
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tsp Du Chocolat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Chocolate Icing

  • 1/2 cup Natvia baking mix
  • 25 g dark chocolate, melted
  • Dash of water
Servings 6 Donuts

Directions

  1. Combine all doughnut ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Evenly divide into a 6 doughnut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C
  3. Make the icing while the donuts are almost cooled & ice immediately
  4. Sprinkle with whatever you want or leave them plain.
