• ½ cup butter, at room temperature
  • 3 tsp Natvia
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Du Chocolat
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts


Makes 20 cookies



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
  2. Cream butter until very light and fluffy and then add Natvia and continue to cream until combined.
  3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the cocoa powder, Du Chocolat, salt, flour, and baking soda. Fold in hazelnuts.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until set.
