Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, at room temperature
- 3 tsp Natvia
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Du Chocolat
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Makes 20 cookies
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Cream butter until very light and fluffy and then add Natvia and continue to cream until combined.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- Using a wooden spoon, stir in the cocoa powder, Du Chocolat, salt, flour, and baking soda. Fold in hazelnuts.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until set.
