A chocolate bar without all the added nasties, this cherry ripe slice is just as addictive as the original! And there’s absolutely no cooking involved.

1 1/2 cups almond meal
1 cup natural puffed rice
1/2 cup Du Chocolat
2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup Natvia

1/4 cup pitted fresh cherries
2 cups shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Natvia
70g sugar free dark chocolate, melted

  1. Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Mix together all base ingredients with a pinch of salt. Press the mixture firmly across the bottom of the baking tin. Place in the fridge to set while you prepare the next layer.
  3. Blend the cherries, coconut, coconut oil and Natvia until well combined. Spread over the base, and then place back in the fridge to set.
  4. To top, drizzle over the melted dark chocolate and set in freezer. Cut into squares and serve.
